At the beginning of August, I was able to support the Hungarian team at the European Team Championships in Westerstede. On Thursday and Friday the dressage competitions took place, on Saturday the Cross and on Sunday the jumping test.
It’s been 14 years since the last European Team Championship for eventing riders took place in Germany. These Team European Championship take place every two years and the special is an additional dressage test ridden as a group. 4-6 riders form the team and perform dressage test. It is not only perfection of the lessons important, but also the appearance of the riders and horses and components such as distance and simultaneous level of the lessons are evaluated.
True to the Olympic idea, “we” gave our best to Hungary and really enjoyed the time there.
